Our mission drives innovation and sustainability across industries.About the RoleAs the North America HR Operations Analyst, you will support the People & Organization (P&O) team in delivering high-quality HR operational services across the region. This role focuses on internal HR processes and employee support, independent of direct involvement in Umicore’s core business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Service Delivery: Execute HR operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including employee support (P&O Cares), administrative processes, learning coordination, and documentation management.Employee Support: Respond to employee and manager inquiries via multiple channels (email, chat, phone, in-person), ensuring timely and helpful resolutions aligned with service level agreements.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal HR stakeholders and site-level teams to support regional HR needs and ensure consistent service delivery.Project Participation: Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement, service enhancement, and technology implementation.Learning & Development Support: Administer training programs, generate reports, assign courses, and analyze training needs across North America.Recognition Program Administration: Manage site-level support for employee awards and recognition initiatives.Technology & Process Improvement: Collaborate in operational excellence initiatives, analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, and support adoption of HR technologies such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and DocuSign.QualificationsEducation: Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.Experience: Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, DocuSign) is an asset.
