About The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced APAC Recruiter to partner closely with our International leadership team to attract, engage, and close top talent from an array of backgrounds. In this role, we will look to you to advise and consult with our hiring managers and interviewers, source future Notinos, and build hiring processes from scratch to ensure a delightful yet rigorous hiring process.

A - Inclusion, Diversity, Equitability, Anti-Racism), with a heavy emphasis on sourcing candidates from under-represented backgroundsEnsure scaleable & structured hiring plans for all rolesInspire candidates throughout all stages of the interview process, and build customized closing processes for each candidatesBuild processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to comePartner with cross-functional teams including compensation, HR, and executive operationsSkills You'll Need To Bring5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, in-house environmentTrack record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional global talentExperience coaching hiring managers, guiding them through the whole recruiting processExperience building diverse candidate pipelines and helping hiring managers build inclusive teamsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Korean.
