The Service Planner Team at Nova is looking for a Logistic Planner. You'll be joining the NOVA service planner team in HQ and will work at Dongtan office. The Logistics Planner in Korea will be responsible for executing day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory movements, coordination with 3PL warehouses, and handling documentation and systems updates. This role is operational in nature and requires hands-on coordination to ensure materials and spare parts flow efficiently across the supply chain, in alignment with company policies and service requirements. Role Responsibilities :
Shipping & TransportationCoordinate inbound shipments from global sites and HQ warehousesManage outbound shipments to customers, service engineers, and regional hubsCommunicate with freight forwarders, track deliveries, and resolve shipping issuesHandle local customs clearance support as neededWarehouse & Inventory OperationsCoordinate daily activities with 3PL warehouse (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)Ensure accurate inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, adjustments)Support regular inventory counts and investigate discrepanciesMonitor warehouse space utilization and material flowLocal Material Planning SupportMonitor local part usage and upcoming service demandFlag low stock levels and align replenishment needs with global planning teamAssist in prioritizing shipments based on service urgency and region-specific constraintsSystem Transactions & DocumentationExecute logistics transactions in ERP โ shipping, receiving, subinventory transfersMaintain accuracy of shipping documents, invoices, and delivery recordsEnsure materials are labeled, logged, and tracked according to internal standardsReporting & CommunicationProvide regular shipment status updates to relevant stakeholdersProvide weekly reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and logistics KPIsCommunicate with local and global teams regarding shipment delays or exceptionsParticipate in operational reviews and suggest process improvementsSupport processAssist in reverse logistics processes (RMA, returns)Ensure compliance with export/import regulationsPropose process improvements to reduce lead time and logistics costRequirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics or related field2+ years of hands-on experience in logistics or warehouse operationsExperience working with 3PLs and freight providersKnowledge of Oracle ERP / Priority or similar systems โ advantageProficient in Excel, documentation, and shipment tracking toolsEnglish communication skills required (verbal and written) - MustStrong attention to detail, ownership, and execution mindset
