About the Role: Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless operation and strategic development of all our Food & Beverage outlets. As this is a hands-on, leadership role, it requires you to have a proactive approach to maintaining our high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. What You'll Do: Oversee the service operations of all our food and beverage outlets and continuously seek out new trends and competitor offerings to enhance our service excellence. Maintain excellent hygiene standards, ensuring proper care of the resort by conducting regular maintenance inspections.
Managing financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability. Identifying opportunities for operational improvement through our outlets and implement effective scalable solutions. Motivating, guiding, and nurturing a high achieving team culture committed to excellence and responsibility. What We're Looking For: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role in a luxury resort. Proven track record of managing multiple dining outlets. Strong knowledge of international cuisines, beverage service, and modern F&B trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
