🔍 Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant with experience in Odoo or other accounting software to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with F&B industry accounting, sales data analysis, and general ledger tasks. Responsibilities:
· Record and reconcile sales data from POS systems· Manage transactions in Odoo (Inventory, Recipe, Bill of Material, Manufacturing, Sales)· Collaborate across departments for data accuracy· Input, update, and verify accounting and sales data· Maintain proper documentation and perform regular data backups· Prepare basic system reports and assist in audits· Support month-end/year-end closing processes· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and confidentiality· Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (F&B experience preferred)Hands-on experience with Odoo or other accounting softwareKnowledge of sales data reconciliation and basic accounting principlesStrong attention to detail and time management skillsProficient in MS Excel and reporting toolsAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines
