Job Title: Director of Operations - Dental Services Location: Texas Position Overview: The Director of Operations for our Dental Services division will lead and manage the operational functions crucial to delivering high-quality dental care. This role requires strategic oversight, process optimization, and leadership to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery across multiple dental practices. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of dental clinics statewide, aligning processes with company policies and ensuring best practices for dental care delivery. - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies tailored to the dental industry, supporting the company's growth and patient care objectives.

- Process Improvement: Evaluate current workflows and implement improvements to enhance patient satisfaction, reduce wait times, and increase operational efficiency. Resource Management: Manage allocation of clinical and administrative resources, including staffing, equipment, and facilities, to optimize patient care and clinic performance. - Compliance and Safety: Ensure all practices comply with dental regulations and standards, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff. - Financial Oversight: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for dental operations, with an emphasis on cost control and maximizing profitability. - Team Leadership:
