SummaryWe are seeking a Lean Digital Core (LDC) Deployment Manager – Manufacturing joining the global ADOPT team to help us drive execution of Novartis’ ambition to turn data and digital into a strategic asset to drive actionable insights across the organization. Accountable for deployment of the SAP (S4 HANA) based processes for manufacturing. This involves aligning the solution with business needs, guiding the local Adopt team, knowhow transfer and supporting issue escalation while collaborating with various LDC workstreams and local stakeholders. Update training materials based on deployment experience and deliver successfully training of and knowledge transfer to next sites on the deployment roadmapGuide screening and user acceptance testing of the LDC release. Guide data cleansing, data migration and building the master data dictionary, in close collaboration with the local data ownersSimplify user profile definition and absorb local profiles into global profiles where feasible.
Guide the sites with profile mapping to usersGuide business cutover planning, data double maintenance, ramp down and ramp up/ Hypercare supportSupport country discovery activities for identifying additional needs going beyond the existing LDC core solutionEssential RequirementsMinimum 3 years of work experience in the area of manufacturing execution, electronic batch records, batch record review, material movement in manufacturing, production planningIT-affinity, SAP experience, MES experience is a must haveBusiness acumen: very good understanding of various worldwide data models, required capabilities and operational pain points in the area responsibleCurious and forward looking:
