At Novi Footwear, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of our brands in various markets, including but not limited to Asia, Italy, and Spain. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors, especially within textiles and accessories. Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence and reach new customer segments.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance our business capabilities and market access. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business development. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales proposals and presentations. Negotiate and close deals to maximize profitability and achieve business objectives. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads. RequirementMinimum 5 years of sales and business development experience, with a strong preference for experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business deals. Experience in the textiles or accessories sectors is highly desirable. Experience in establishing investment partnerships is a plus. Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel to various locations as necessary to support business growth.
