Your New DepartmentYou will be joining the Diabetes GLP-1 Strategic Marketing team at Novo Nordisk A/S, part of Product & Portfolio Strategy. This department is dedicated to innovating and providing solutions that help individuals with diabetes achieve better health outcomes. As a pivotal team in Novo Nordisk, you will be instrumental in the strategic leadership of all new and late-stage diabetes products globally, significantly impacting sales, operating profit, and organizational growth.

Your Skills & QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria: A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical global marketing, consultancy, or project management. Strong expertise in data analysis and generating customer insights. Hands-on experience working with quantitative data and analytics tools. Fluency in written and spoken English.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and budgets effectively. Experience developing and implementing brand strategies in a global context.
