You will be part of the PS API Executive Office and support the management team on various strategic and operational tasks and processes. This will require strong facilitation and the ability to execute while navigating a complex stakeholder landscape. Your main tasks will be to:
Lead strategic processes and reporting, such as Enterprise Risk Management or Business Review, collaborating closely with management across PS API and beyondDrive and support executive office assignments, including preparing presentations, coordinating actions from various fora, and conducting business case analysesEngage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of key business prioritiesPrepare compelling communication material, tailoring complex information to audiences at all levelsThe role involves a high focus on redesign of existing processes to foster stronger output and alignment with strategy and portfolio management.
You will also take charge of driving optimizations in collaboration with the rest of the Executive Office. While the workplace is Kalundborg, we as a team have a high emphasis on working as flexible as possible. We expect you to be present 2 days a week at the site on average; the remaining days you are free to work remotely from another Novo Nordisk site or from home. Hold a master’s degree in finance, business administration, management, or a similar fieldBring 4-6 years of practical experience in strategy, risk management, business excellence, management consulting, or a similar functionDemonstrate a proven track record in change management, building strong relationships and facilitating effective collaboration across organizational levelsShowcase a structured approach with strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficientlyPossess strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling reports and presentations tailored to a broad range of audiencesDisplay fluency in both written and spoken EnglishIt is not a requirement to have previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, but we value curiosity to learn about production, products and patients, as well as enthusiasm for understanding how we work as a company.

About The DepartmentYou will be joining PS API Executive Office, a small team working with the intersection between strategy, portfolio management, and leadership support. While you will have close sparring with your team members and have a place to return for reflection and discussions, you will spend a great deal of your time out in the organization. PS API produces insulin and GLP1 for the treatment of diabetes and obesity. PS API is spread across several sites in Denmark and US with approx. 5,200 employees, running production 24/7.
