Strategic Project Manager - NovonesisJoin Novonesis as our next Project Manager for Strategic Projects in Lyngby and play a crucial role in advancing our strategic project portfolio by shaping impactful initiatives and delivering exceptional results in a collaborative and innovative team environment. Welcome to the Strategy and ProjectsThe Project Manager is part of the Operations Strategy and Projects team and drives selected strategic projects and or programs across Operations. In this role be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects related to improving operational efficiency, streamlining processes, or implementing new technologies.

You will lead and coordinate projects within the Operations area and hence insights into processing of bio-technology and or food products, supply chain optimization or process engineering is a key advantage in order to become successful in this role. In this role you’ll make an impactWhen planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects. Your expertise will ensure that high-priority initiatives are delivered on time, meeting organisational goals and stakeholder expectations. Beyond project execution, you will contribute insights from portfolio analysis, support long-term planning efforts, and assist in strategy development.

In Addition, Some Of Your Key Tasks Will IncludeDriving the planning, coordination, and execution of select strategic projects and programs. Ensuring timely delivery and prioritization of key initiatives. Providing excellence across all project phases, including stakeholder-focused portfolio support. Conducting thorough analyses to support business case development and effective decision-making. Identifying and mitigating potential project risks. Collaboration will be at the heart of your role, working alongside a network of internal stakeholders, including the Head of Strategy and Projects, Vice President of Strategy, Integration & Sustainability, Senior Management, plus other project team members and specialists.

Your analytical and interpersonal skills will be key to collaborating effectively and managing complex projects. You should also be adaptable to dynamic priorities while maintaining a strategic mindset. Your proactive and flexible personality, coupled with excellent organisational skills, will ensure success in this role. Potentially Relevant ExperienceA master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in managing strategic projects or portfolio management within Operations or R&D in the biotech, food, or medical industries.

Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and operational excellence principles, gained through experience in management consulting, biotechnology, or manufacturing.
