We are looking for a talented and proactive Supply chain Project Manager to take on a key role in leading and managing complex projects, with an initial focus on packaging initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across departments and regions to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include developing and managing project budgets, identifying and mitigating risks, tracking performance, driving process improvements, and maintaining clear communication and thorough documentation. A global mindset is essential to integrate regional requirements and perspectives, ensuring successful outcomes. You’ll join a highly engaged and social team.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact ByAs the project manager you will, together with our global packaging group Lead, work on cross functional projects, ensuring compliance with the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation. In the role you will take on key roles such as: Project Leadership: Lead various complex packaging projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders across departments and regions, including procurement, logistics, and product development, to ensure seamless project execution. Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and outcomes. Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to senior management. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing solutions in a timely manner. Documentation:
Ensure thorough documentation of all project phases, delivering comprehensive reports and insights at project closureTo Succeed You Must HoldA master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or another relevant field. The packaging projects have different characteristics, and you need to have a broad toolbox of project management toolsStrong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication abilities. Ability to manage complexity in both technical solutions and organizational settings. Experience in program management, particularly in compliance and sustainability initiatives.
