We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to be the face of our organization, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Extend a warm, friendly welcome to all guests, embodying our commitment to hospitality excellenceManage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detailRespond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests throughout their stayHandle phone calls professionally, providing information about hotel services and local attractionsAccurately process payments and maintain financial recordsPromote hotel facilities and services, maximizing sales opportunities through product knowledge and effective communicationCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesAddress and resolve guest concerns in a timely and empathetic mannerMaintain an organized and tidy front desk areaAdapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentEnsure compliance with hotel policies and safety proceduresAble to work Night and Day shifts QualificationsProven customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industryFluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skillsPrior experience with OPERA cloud property management system is highly desirableStrong multitasking abilities and efficient time management skillsDetail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in financial transactions and record-keepingProficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quicklyFlexible attitude with willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysProblem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and positive, enthusiastic attitudeAdditional InformationWe are looking for someone to work night and days shifts
