Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to join our team in Long Eaton, United Kingdom. As the face of our establishment, you will lead our front office operations with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Oversee and manage all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest servicesLead, train, and motivate a team of front office staff to ensure exceptional customer serviceImplement and maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfactionManage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries efficiently and professionallyCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesHandle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectivelyMonitor and analyze front office performance metrics and implement improvementsEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsManage front office budgets and contribute to revenue optimization strategiesStay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance guest experiencesQualificationsMinimum of 12 months experience in a front office supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel settingProven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamExcellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as OperaValid First Aid CertificateClean driving record and a valid driver's licenseBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)Knowledge of revenue management principlesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team membersProfessional appearance and demeanor at all timesMultilingual skills (preferred)Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidaysDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyAdditional InformationThe Person:

Successful candidates for the position of Front of House Manager will be able to demonstrate clear progression in their career to date and have gained hotel revenue management experience in a competitive market place. You must have the ability to work in close liaison with other senior managers. You must be computer literate, have strong sales awareness and the ability to make sound business decisions in a fast moving environment.
