We are looking for a Senior AML Compliance Officer to join our MANAGED SERVICES department. Your role: As a Senior Managed Services Officer, your role will be focused exclusively on managed services assignments. You will work in a structured, deadline-driven environment and deliver high-quality, detail-oriented support in areas such as:
Performing and coordinating operational tasks in AML/KYC, investor onboarding, and fund compliance documentation, ensuring compliance with the regulations;Preparing and reviewing the AML documents for the Board Packs, internal memos or meeting minutes, following up on the agendas and the actions, in line with governance and regulatory requirements;Execute administrative processes related to the appointment of RCs (Responsables du Contrôle AML/CFT) and Independent Directors, including preparation, collection, and verification of required documentation; Liaise directly with Luxembourg Supervisory Authorities (e. g.
CSSF) for regulatory filings, responses, and formal exchanges; Collect and manage data required to draft periodic and annual AML reports, ensuring timely delivery to Boards and Senior ManagementPrepare and maintain a structured regulatory watch to track relevant legislative and regulatory updatesCoordinate and manage key projects such as the RC Season, regulatory deliverables, and remediation or findings action plans;Drafting and regular updates of AML/CTF policies and procedures for clients; Prepare and maintain AML training materials, and generate training certificates in line with internal or regulatory requirements;Maintaining accurate and organized documentation trackers, and updating client records and databases with precision, ensuring quality control at every stage;Keep structured dashboards to monitor deadlines, documentation flows, and client communications;Collaborating and communicating proactively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate response, and to streamline processes and improve service delivery;Actively contributing to improving our processes, documentation standardization, and template updates;Ensuring a rigorous and structured approach in daily work, with a strong focus on details and execution excellence;Building knowledge in AML regulations and fund industry practices through day-to-day exposure and internal learning initiatives; Your profile:
You have a degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Auditing, or equivalent;You have a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in AML/KYC, compliance operations, or regulatory managed servicesYou are professionally fluent in both written and oral English and French (other languages are an asset);You are extremely well organized, disciplined, and known for your rigor and reliability; You have a proactive attitude and able to work well independently; You have excellent verbal and written communication skills;You have prior experience in a structured operational role (e. g.
