NPI senior Leader

Company Description SKP Resources Berhad (SKP) is a leader in plastics contract manufacturing with over 40 years of experience in the electrical and electronics plastics industry. We have grown from a small operation with only two injection moulding machines in 1974 to a public-listed company with over 1 million combined square feet of manufacturing facilities and more than 400 injection moulding machines in Johor Bahru. Our workforce of 6,000 continues to grow as we expand our operations to meet the needs of our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an NPI Senior Leader, located in Johor Bahru. The NPI Senior Leader will be responsible for leading and managing new product introduction projects, coordinating with various teams to ensure successful project execution. Daily tasks include overseeing project timelines, managing resources, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the NPI Senior Leader will be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in project management, risk assessment, and resource managementKnowledge of industry standards and complianceStrong leadership and team coordination skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the box-build assemblyBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fieldChinese Mandarin Speaking and written is preferred.
