Regional Indirect Procurement Specialist Location: Singapore (Hybrid)Coverage: Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, SingaporeReports to: Head of RegionalProcurement Position Summary:We are hiring a hands-on regional indirect procurement specialist based in Singapore. The procurement scope includes but not limited to end-to-end sourcing for car rental, office lease & facilities, professional services and related advisory services.The role partners closely with Chinese HQ, so strong English and Chinese are mandatory.Must-Have Candidate Profile • Already in Singapore• 5+ years in indirect procurement / strategic sourcing• Solid source-to-contract experience• Fluent English (business communication, contracts, stakeholders)• Fluent Chinese (daily coordination with HQ, reading/writing emails and documents)• Strong structuring, planning, and prioritization – very organized and efficient• Strong commercial and analytical skills (cost comparison, TCO analysis)• Confident negotiator; able to prepare clear recommendations and summaries• Quick learner – able to understand new markets, suppliers, and categories fast
