This full-time position is crucial to ensuring smooth inventory operations, accurate stock reporting, and timely coordination between internal departments, suppliers, and transport partners.
About The RoleLiaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve inventory queriesManage stock receiving, processing, and data entryInvestigate and rectify negative stock and below-cost reportsProcess stock journals and raise purchase orders as requiredTrack and coordinate deliveries of imported and local goodsMaintain inventory levels aligned with sales and production needsHandle inter-branch transfers and documentation for imported stockSupport daily, weekly, and monthly production and inventory reportingCoordinate stocktakes (weekly, monthly, yearly)Assist with customer and supplier phone enquiriesMaintain accurate inventory records and vendor details in accounting systemsAbout You:
2 years experience in inventory control, accounting, or bookkeeping (construction industry experience preferred)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent attention to detail and data entry accuracyEffective communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable working independently and within a close-knit teamConfident, proactive, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesSkilled in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced)Experience with Microsoft Navision Financials is a plusStrong attitude toward accountability, consistency, and punctualityThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is keen to contribute to the success of a growing team.
