As demand grows, they are seeking an experienced Welder to join their team, helping to deliver high-quality prefabricated steel solutions to construction sites across Sydney. The RoleYou’ll be hands-on in the fabrication and assembly of steel reinforcement and formwork systems used in precast foundations.
The role may also include occasional on-site installation support, ensuring the finished product integrates seamlessly into live construction environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate and assemble steel components for prefabricated slab systemsRead and interpret technical and structural drawingsOperate MIG welding equipment, oxy cutting, and fabrication toolsCollaborate with project supervisors to ensure compliance with specifications and timeframesAssist with site deliveries, pre-assembly, or install (if required)Maintain safety standards and workshop cleanlinessWhat We’re Looking ForExperienced Welders / Qualified Boilermaker / Welder – Cert III in Engineering (Fabrication Trade)Proven experience in steel fabrication, preferably with reinforcement or precast systemsConfident in reading plans and fabrication drawingsHigh attention to detail and a strong work ethicWhite Card (Construction Induction)Driver’s licence and own transportBonus if you have:
