Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Valve TechnologyRequired Background: Pilot valves, solenoid valves, spool valves, or proportional valves. Key Responsibilities:
Perform competitive analysis on valve products (cost, material, performance). Define product specs and design concepts for valves. Lead detailed mechanical design for manufacturing and assembly. Oversee prototype testing and resolve issues through to series production. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience designing pilot/spool/electromagnetic valves. Strong knowledge of machining, precision injection molding, and rubber molding. 🌬️ 2. Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Mass Flow ControllersRequired Background: Flow sensors or thermal mass flow controllers. Key Responsibilities: Analyze market and technical requirements for MFCs. Design and prototype thermal mass flow sensors. Create internal structures, support validation and production handover.
Use test data to refine and improve designs for manufacturability. Ideal Candidate: Experience with flow sensor or MFC design and development. Understanding of materials and manufacturing for precision instrumentation. 🧲 3. Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Molecular Pumps (Magnetic Bearing)Required Background: Magnetic bearing molecular pumps. Key Responsibilities: Lead full mechanical design of molecular pumps (concept to production). Research new materials and technologies; contribute to patents. Manage R&D project timelines, resources, and cross-functional coordination. Provide technical support and gather customer feedback for improvements. Ideal Candidate: 8+ years of experience designing magnetic levitation molecular pumps. Expertise in CAD tools (AutoCAD or similar).
