Who We AreWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools—Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. What You'll Be DoingDesign and develop custom business applications using Power Apps. Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate. Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Power Platform solutions. Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem. What You'll Bring AlongBachelor’s degree in Informatics or a similar field of study, or equivalent working experienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar roleProficiency in Power Apps: Strong experience building both Canvas and Model-Driven apps. Experience with Power Automate: Ability to create complex flows and integrate with various data sources and services. Knowledge of Power BI: Understanding of data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with Azure services, custom connectors, or Power Platform ALM. Microsoft certifications (e. g. , PL-100, PL-400, PL-300) are a plus. Background in business analysis or process improvement. Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
