NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called: Feasibility studies for the PV power plants in Jiu Valley and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project. The overall objective of this assignment is to carry out a Feasibility Study for a PV electricity production plant with electricity storage plants in the municipalities of Aninoasa, Lupeni and Uricani. Location: Jiu Valley, Romania. Duration:
The intended start date is September 2025 (the āStart Dateā) and the services shall be provided for a period of 12 months from this date (the āPeriod of Implementationā). Key Expert: Project manager (Cat. II)āļø Qualifications and skills: At least a bachelorās degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Economy (minimum requirement). Fluency in written and spoken English is required (CEFR C1). Fluency in written and spoken Romanian would be an asset. Excellent communication skills. Computer literacy (e. g. , Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams). āļø General professional experience:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in energy sector projects management (minimum requirement). āļø Specific professional experience: At least 7 years of advisory or delivery experience on renewable electricity production project preparation proven by at least minimum 3 projects (minimum requirement). At least 5 years of project management experience as Team Leader or Project Manager of the preparation of feasibility studies for clean energy production projects proven by at least 3 projects (minimum requirement). At least 5 years of experience as Team Leader or Project Manager of the preparation of feasibility studies for electricity storage projects proven by at least 2 projects (minimum requirement).
Experience working in Romania will be considered as an asset. International experience will be considered as an asset.
