Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to oversee the procurement of automotive parts for both local and overseas sourcing. The role involves controlling inventory, optimizing stock levels, ensuring timely availability of parts, and supporting internal operations to meet sales, inventory, and profitability targets. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of the automotive parts supply chain, and hands-on experience in procurement systems and vendor coordination.

QualificationsMust hold a university degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Automotive Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive parts procurement or a related supply chain role. Experience as a Procurement Executive in auto dealership company is an added advantageStrong knowledge of local and international parts sourcingExperience using ERP or procurement systems (e. g.

, Titan or similar platforms)Proficient in data entry, record-keeping, and system-based order processingUnderstanding of inventory control, back-order handling, and lead time analysisStrong analytical skills with the ability to forecast demand based on sales trendsExcellent communication and coordination skills, especially for inter-branch supportAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of automotive product lines, part numbers, and supplier catalogs is a plusJob ResponsibilitiesControl and manage the parts procurement process to support sales targets, inventory optimization, and profitabilityAssist with daily operations of the procurement department, including local and overseas parts sourcingMonitor parts consumption and demand trends; recommend procurement plans based on historic sales and market needsEnter orders in the Titan system, track order status, and follow up with suppliers as requiredIdentify parts for new vehicle models, enter product data and information into the system accuratelyManage and follow up on parts claims, back orders, and lead time analysis to minimize service delaysProvide technical and product support to branch locations as neededProcess and record VOR (Vehicle Off Road) and PNI (Parts Not In-stock) requests efficientlyReconcile stock levels and maintain accurate inventory recordsMaintain an organized filing system for invoices, vouchers, claims, and procurement recordsEnsure timely communication with suppliers and internal departments to meet operational needs
