We’re looking for a detail-oriented and confident Sales Contract Administrator to join our team. You’ll work closely with our Directors, clients, and partners to ensure smooth and timely contract lifecycle for all stakeholders. ---Your Key Responsibilities· Prepare EOI documentation and coordinate property sales contract process throughout the life-cycle of the purchase through to settlement and rental.
· Communicate proactively with clients, developers, conveyancers, brokers and other stakeholders with clarity and professionalism. · Track contract milestones and manage CRM data (Hubspot or similar). · Provide contract status updates to the wider team at regular intervals. · Support directors and sales teams with administration related to campaigns and sales activity. ---What We’re Looking For· 2+ years’ experience in sales support, real estate administration, or property contract administration. · Highly organised and process-driven, with strong attention to detail. · Confident and professional communication skills — written and verbal. · Experience with CRMs, contracts, and working with external stakeholders.
