Muslim Aid UK Bangladesh Field Office is looking for NurseJob Description / ResponsibilityKey Accountabilities:Monitor patient`s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and adviceObserve and interpret the patient`s symptoms and communicate them to Surgeon.Collaborate with doctors and other medical staff to devise individualized care plans for patientsPerform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, medicine, etc.) and fill in patients` chartsAdjust and administer patient`s medication and provide treatments according to Doctor’s ordersRecord and maintain different kinds of documentation of the Hospital and carry out outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) related workInspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.) and ensure that all registers and documents are maintained properlyProvide instant medical care in emergencies and assist surgeons during operationsFoster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their familiesEnsure regular maintenance and autoclave of OT and surgical instruments and machinery as well as a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and patientsGuide Aya & cleaner for proper hygiene and cleanliness inside the hospital centre.Making Smooth communication with the Hospital Manager/ Duty Doctor of the Hospital & External surgeon.Any other task assigned by the Hospital Management.Educational RequirementsDiploma in NursingRelevant Nursing professional certificateAdditional RequirementsProven working experience as Nurse/Midwife in any clinic/hospital.Knowledge regarding Health and Safety.Knowledge of emergency medical care.Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with patients.Ability to handle critical situations.Patient Management.Ability to multitask.Operation Theatre Management.Technological skill in operating medical equipment.Good Coordination skill.Time Management Skill.Analytical Skills.Ability to work in and with a diverse team.Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage complexities.Job LocationMoulvibazar (Kulaura)
