We offer a very competitive wage, shift differential, a very competitive weekend differential, a great team to work with along with many other benefits! - Come join our team!Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesPatient Care: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor and assess patient health to ensure optimal care.Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychological evaluations.Monitoring and Documentation: Regularly monitor patient conditions and document changes, progress, and responses to treatments in electronic health records.Patient Advocacy: Serve as a patient advocate by communicating effectively with patients and their families, addressing concerns, and ensuring informed decision-making.Team Collaboration: Work closely with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant healthcare environment.Emergency Response: Provide immediate care and support in emergency situations, including implementing appropriate interventions and notifying necessary personnel.QualificationsLicensure: State of Iowa (LPN or RN) Valid and unrestricted license.Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
