Our team brings GP, mental health, and social services grounded in cultural safety, equality, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi. The RoleWe’re seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across the life course. You’ll diagnose and treat, prescribe, lead care planning, and work closely with our navigators, GPs, Nurses, etc, to deliver seamless, culturally safe care for whānau.
