In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving nursing education programs and materials. Day-to-day tasks include creating curriculum plans, implementing instructional design strategies, conducting research to ensure evidence-based education, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Effective communication and writing will be integral to creating comprehensive and engaging learning materials aligned with SisuCare’s mission to provide accessible healthcare education. Qualifications Experience in Curriculum Development and a strong understanding of instructional methods and education program designProficiency in Instructional Design with the ability to structure engaging, effective learning experiencesExceptional Communication and Writing skills for creating clear and impactful educational materialsDemonstrated ability to conduct thorough Research to develop evidence-based and best-practice educational contentFamiliarity with nursing practices, healthcare training, and education in the healthcare field is a plusStrong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersBachelor’s or advanced degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field
