Nursing Manager

Job description:Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing department to ensure quality patient careDevelop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare standardsSupervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, providing guidance and professional developmentCoordinate patient care activities to ensure optimal outcomes and effective care deliveryManage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and resource allocationMonitor and evaluate patient care outcomes, implementing improvements when necessaryCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient careEnsure compliance with hospital regulations, safety standards, and nursing best practicesConduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to nursing staff for continuous improvementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher (MSN preferred).Certification in Nursing Management or Administration is often required.Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety, and infection control protocols.Note: This is an onsite Islamabad based opportunity so candidates from Islamabad/Rawalpindi will be preferred.Job Type: Full-time
