Job Title: Nursing Pedagogy & Program Development Specialist (Finland-Based, U.S. Nursing Programs)Location: Finland Role Type: Full-TimeWorking Hours: This role requires regular collaboration with our U.S. team between 7:00AM–12:00PM PST (17:00–22:00 Finnish time). You will work closely with our U.S. nursing faculty, curriculum teams, compliance specialists, and technologists to create programs that are rigorous, modern, and aligned with both American board requirements and Nordic pedagogical principles.This role uniquely blends Nordic pedagogy, U.S. nursing regulation, and advanced educational technology, including AI-driven personalized learning.Key Responsibilities1. Program Design & DevelopmentContribute to the creation, refinement, and ongoing improvement of CNA, LVN/LPN and ADN program curricula for multiple U.S. states.Translate regulatory requirements from various nursing boards into pedagogically sound course structures.Integrate Nordic learning principles—holistic patient care, reflection-based practice, trust-driven learning environments—into U.S.-compliant nursing education frameworks.Develop clear learning objectives, syllabi, lesson plans, simulation activities, and assessment strategies.2. Regulatory SupportAssist in preparing documents for state approvals, program applications, revisions, and renewals.Work with SisuCare’s compliance specialists to ensure that each program meets hour requirements, content standards, clinical expectations, and documentation mandates across different states.3. Collaboration With U.S. Faculty & TechnologistsWork closely with U.S.-based Nursing Directors, Clinical Instructors, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure curriculum quality and alignment.Partner with the engineering team to design AI-powered and adaptive learning experiences inside our home-grown LMS. 4. Technology & AI IntegrationLead the pedagogical strategy behind personalized learning pathways, adaptive quizzes, clinical decision-making simulations, and AI-supported tutoring.Use data insights from our LMS to improve student engagement, reduce attrition, and strengthen competency-based outcomes.Ensure all tech-enabled learning aligns with evidence-based teaching practices and regulatory limitations.5. Continuous Quality ImprovementReview student performance data, clinical feedback, and faculty observations to refine curriculum.Introduce Nordic-inspired quality frameworks, such as self-assessment culture, student autonomy, and learning-by-doing methodologies.
