Der Kernansatz unserer Health Wellness basiert auf der Anwendung der berühmten Chenot-Methode®, die in Synergie mit der Chenot-Diät Körper und Geist zur Entgiftung und Aktivierung der Selbstheilungskräfte anregt.Qualifications & CompetencesTasks & ChallengesUndertake dietetic assessments of referred client taking into account medical, social, cultural and psychological factors (client’s profile)Calculate nutritional requirements of the client based on the interpretation of heredity, anthropometry, biochemistry, clinical condition and other physical parametersDetermine, prescribe and plan the appropriate dietetic treatment to assist in the promotion of health and control of diseaseProvide nutrition and dietary advice based on current evidence and appropriate to the client’s profileCounsel clients on basic rules of good nutrition, healthy eating habits and nutrition monitoring to improve their quality of life. Communicate this complex and sensitive information in an understandable form to clientsConsult with medical doctors to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions of clients and make recommendations regarding the adaptation of medication that may interfere with nutrient or drug absorptionMonitor client’s condition and progress during the period of stay and revaluate diet as necessary. Report back to the referring medical doctorKeep accurate written records of the clinical interventions, the advise given and the outcome decisions takenDevelop and prepare manuals, visual aids, course outlines and other materials used in teachingPlan and conduct training courses in dietetics and nutrition and organize cooking courses with the assistance of the hotel chef and catering staffPlan and conduct guest conferences on nutritionAssist our guests and help service team with your knowledge during lunch in the hotel restaurantMaintain confidentiality and impartialityBe accessible at all times whilst on duty by mobile phone or pagerMaintain professional development and an up to date knowledge in seeking to improve the quality of services provided to the clientsKeep up to date with the nutritional developments in the food industry and scienceProvide dietetic advice to the multidisciplinary teams of the spa through attendance and participation in meetingsPractice clinical excellence by carrying out evidence based practice and the development of standards, policies and guidelines within this area of workBachelor Degree or postgraduate diploma in the area of nutrition, food science and dietetics3 years of experience as clinical dieticianEnglish Language — speaking, understanding, reading, writing at advanced levelGerman Language - speaking, understanding, reading, writing at intermediate level (at least level B2)The corresponding diplomas must be recognized in Switzerland (Swiss Red Cross) - proof requiredAbility to use computer software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power pointBe proficient in the use of highly complex dietary analysis softwareAbility to use nutritional tools such as calorimeters, bioelectric impedance machines, skinfold calipersMinimum of satisfactory completion of clinical placements as student dietitian during trainingExperience of working in the area of health promotion and chronic disease managementExperience of multidisciplinary workingKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
