At Nuuday, we live a flat hierarchy where you will be in direct contact with senior management every day. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign of leadership programs and people development:
You will play a key role in translating our strategic goals and organizational development needs into learning objectives and leadership competencies to design engaging learning experiences and programs, curate relevant learning content, and develop training concepts and materials. Program management: You will expand and manage our portfolio of leadership and talent programs, ensure enrolment and learner engagement, collaborate with external vendors, manage program economy, and evaluate participant experience and value. Facilitation of training and team development: Supporting our HRBPs, leadership teams, and external faculty, you will facilitate workshops and deliver training sessions in Danish and English.
Management of learning offerings: You will develop and manage our key leadership and people development offerings such as our development platform, 360° assessments, personality tests, and our new mentoring program. Leadership model development: It is a strategic priority for us to develop a Nuuday-specific leadership model or set of principles to guide how we define, develop, assess, and talk about leadership. You will play a key role in this endeavor. Project Management:
The Talent, Learning & Development team is a small and versatile team that engages with the business whenever there is a need for new learning offerings or development initiatives – and we supplement and support each other in the team to make sure that everybody’s skills and experience are best used. So, be prepared to be involved in new and exciting projects and opportunities along the way!Who are we looking for?Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
Several years of experience in Leadership Training and People Development, preferably from corporate organizations or consulting companies. Comprehensive understanding of leadership frameworks and tools, and training facilitation and learning methodologies, as well as proven experience in designing and leadership development initiatives and talent programs together with internal and external partners. Ability to identify organizational and leadership development needs, translate them into learning objectives, and design engaging and impactful learning journeys. Good verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English. Knowledge of learning and development principles and ability to facilitate engaging sessions in person and online.
