The person on this position will manage analysis and prepare complex presentations. This function requires a highly organized, self-motivated, willing-to-learn, resourceful, and solutions-oriented individual who executes well in a dynamic environment while working on multiple projects.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with other teams to understand their needs and work with them to provide reporting efficiencies and analyses to achieve set goals;Use BI/analytics tools and CRM tools (SalesForce precisely);Use BI tools to manipulate and summarize data and design dashboards to present information in a visually compelling way;Coordinate with other team members on data collection, analyses, and synthesis of information;Able to manage time, workload and responsibilities effectively;Be actively engaged in learning about the fintech industry and finding relevant insightsRequirements3+ years working experience in a data-centric role;Knowledge & expertise in analytics;Ability to organize complex information in a concise and user-friendly way;Superior Excel and SQL quiring skills;Comfortable interfacing with people at all levels within the organization and in various locations;Strong organization skills and detail oriented;Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment is essential;Ability to work both independently and as a team member;Strong BI tools knowledge - using and modifying freely PowerBI aor Tableu reports/ DashboardsStrong experience with CRM tools (SalesForce precisely)Ability to structure and present big dataStrong PowerPoint skillsExperience with creating and modeling presentations for the high-level managementFinancial background is a plusBenefitsA challenging job in a fast-developing, international companyA friendly work environment where you can thrive and develop your skillsCareer advancement possibilitiesCompetitive remuneration packageAdditional Health insurance incl.
