Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial AdministrationEntry and filing of debtor documentationEntry and filing of creditor documentationPerform bank account reconciliationsExecute complete credit control, including maintaining a register of all customer contactManage end-of-week and end-of-month processing, including IRD reportingSupport end-of-financial-year (EOFY) preparation through to Trial BalanceAnswer and resolve customer and third-party queries promptly and professionallySet up accounting software and processes for new clients as requiredCustomer Service & Relationship ManagementProvide and promote service excellence in all interactionsBuild and maintain positive, productive relationships with customers, suppliers, and associatesUphold and promote the mission of 3rd Arm Admin by delivering consistent, reliable, and efficient services that add value to clients' businessesCollaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a supportive and professional work environmentProcess Improvement & ComplianceContribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and service deliveryParticipate in ongoing training and upskilling opportunitiesEnsure all accounting functions are completed in line with internal policies, standards, and proceduresMaintain well-organized, accurate, and accessible digital and/or physical filing systemsTask & Time ManagementKeep up-to-date records of all ongoing tasksPrioritise workload effectively, allocating appropriate time and resources to each client and task
