We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our customers by resolving enquiries and providing solutions.
This role is based at our Gisborne site. In This Dynamic Role You WillCommunicate clearly with all our customers in a calm and professional manner including managing complaintsAssess and rewrap damaged items and record the information in our systemCompleting general administrative dutiesLift up to 25kg Provide information and support regarding NZ Post products and servicesDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staff alikeShiftMonday to Friday: 13: 00 - 17: 00 and Saturday: 08: 00 - 10: 00Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:
Proven experience in customer service or retail to deal with a diverse range of customer queries (this is a face-to-face position)Be comfortable with a physcial role (you will lift up to 25kgs) A willingness to learn and take on board our policies and proceduresComfort using new systems and processes Strong communication skills to engage our customers, discuss products and services that they need and provide solutions.
