Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems while adhering to safety regulations and project timelines.
Your Role Will EncompassEnsure the health and safety of all employees working on company projects, as well as the safety of third partiesOversee the work of company staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practicesDevelop, implement, and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
Take proactive measures to ensure the highest standards of safety are maintainedCoordinate and supervise personnel involved in the operation and maintenance of projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and smooth operation of machinery and equipmentConduct regular HSE inspections, produce detailed reports, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standardsLead investigations, analyze incidents, and produce comprehensive reports to prevent future occurrencesDevelop and maintain accurate records of all HSE documentation as required by legislation and company policiesImplement safety procedures for the operation, maintenance, and insurance of facilities, ensuring maintenance interventions are conducted safelyEnsure compliance with all legal provisions related to operations, maintenance, operating permits, environmental approvals, and safety regulationsProvide timely and effective reports on all HSE activities and incidentsEffectively communicate, implement, and monitor all company HSE rules and proceduresWhat You Bring To The RoleBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field2+ years of experience as a Safety Engineer in construction or industry, with a focus on HSEStrong knowledge of HSE regulations, codes, and standardsExperience with international clients and solar projects is a plusProficient in Microsoft OfficeFluent in English; ability to prepare HSE documentation in English and/or GreekExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong planning, organizational, and analytical abilitiesElectrical Work Certification and HSE Certification requiredFamiliarity with QHSE Management Systems (180001/ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001)Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressureShare The Same Value Based BehaviorsPeople & Personal growth Results orientation & Safety excellence Collaboration & Trust Empathy & Effective communication Flexibility & Adaptability Your BenefitsMedical Insurance programMulti Sport CardCooperation, creativity and innovation:
