O&M Site Supervisor

The Position:As a O&M Site Supervisor BESS you´ll control and supervise the work's maintenance plan, monitor the preparation and execution of services to meet the predetermined schedule; respond for the quality, reliability and information generated by the tasks under its responsibility.Main activities and Responsibilities:Schedule and supervise preventive/corrective maintenance activities, aiming to maintain the quality of services and the integrity of Sungrow's equipment.Provide production control data and update the schedule with the Planning area.Supervise the own personnel and contractor of the site in charge and be in constant communication with the client.Preparation of daily works and monthly reports of activities.Supervise, coordinate and fulfill contract requirements for this full O&M contract.Function Specific Knowledge:Qualification Basic knowledge of assembly and electrical installation, and experience in works.Leadership.Planning and Organization.Communication and Negotiation.Systemic and chronological view.Office package and MS Project.Achievement Orientation.Education and Minimum Requirements:Desirable Technical Training in Electrical, Electronics, Automation and Industrial Control, Projects or Full Degree in Engineering.At least four (4) years of experience in solar inverter and solar plants, medium voltage cells, and MT Transformers with specialty of preference, Electrical, Industrial Electronics and / or similar.Intermediate English.Knowledge Solar Market will be a differential.Creation of Technical Reports.Intermediate/advanced Excel (MACROs Knowledge).CompetenciesAnalytical Thinking;Organization;Sense of responsibility;Good communication;Teamwork;Leadership;Safety LeadershipWork Location and Status:Full timeCalama, Región de Antofagasta, ChileBehavioral skills: pro activity, good communication; organization; time management; teamwork; interpersonal relationshipCompensation:Compensation commensurate with experienceCompetitive benefits packageStrong personal and company growth opportunities***PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH***
