Site Engineer – Co. LimerickSalary: €60k – €70kCompany Overview: A main contractor who has various ongoing projects across the Limerick and Clare regions. Due to continued business growth, they are seeking a Site Engineer to support their team on various projects. Job Summary: Setting out, levelling and surveying the site. Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate. Providing progress reports for the site management team & clients. Regular use of AutoCAD to check on site dimensions. Taking levels for the construction of a structural steel frame, finishing concrete, drainage services and roadways etc. Liaising with sub-contractors & site managers.
Ensure all health & safety procedures are maintained. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Civil Engineering. 3 + years’ experience in setting out on construction sites,Experience working on Irish water projects desirable but not essential. Experienced in the use of instruments (total station, GPS)Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
