Site Manager – LimerickDOE: €80 -88KCompany Overview: Our client a main contractor is currently seeking a Site Manager for an immediate start for a 6 month contract role based in Limerick. Job Summary: Supervision of of sub-contractors and labourers on site. Inspect sub-contractor work and sign-off. Working closely with company Project Managers. Report to contracts manager/management team regularly on progress and information request. Management and control of day-to-day Health and Safety standards. Co-ordinate tasks according to priorities and plans. Qualifications and Experience: A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e. g. Carpentry) is desirable.
5+ Years of Construction Management Experience on site. Proven track record in Fit Outs projects essential. Good knowledge of BCAR an advantage. Ability to build & maintain effective relationships.
