Design Construction Manager – DublinD. O. E: €65K – €80KCompany Overview: Our client who is renowned for its premium development throughout Ireland are seeking to recruit an experienced Design Manager. The successful candidate will join their team in Dublin. Key Responsibilities: Implement the Design Management Plan. Manage and assist the design team. Coordinate all design reviews and meetings to ensure effective collaboration. Confirm that the design is developed in accordance with procurement and construction requirements, as well as the budget allowances outlined in the cost plan.

Ensure that designs in the Coordination status are promptly advanced to Construction status to prevent delays on-site. Assist in the preparation of Building Control Approval Regulations (BCAR) certification. Ability to liaise with architects on a regular basis. Deal promptly with all queries raised during the course of the contract. Experience & Qualifications: Relevant Third level qualification (Engineering or Architectural). 5+ years’ experience in a Design based role, ideally with management experience. Strong attention to detail and organisational / planning skills. Previous Main Contractor experience is desirable. Highly technical approach, problem solving capacity and solution driven.
