We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our company's HR policies and procedures. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Conduct initial interviews and assessments of candidates- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation processes. Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures- Assist in resolving conflicts and grievances. Support managers in handling employee relations issues. Performance Management: Coordinate and administer performance review processes- Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans. Maintain accurate employee performance records. HR Administration: Maintain employee records and HR databases- Process HR-related documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employment verifications. Assist in payroll administration and benefits management. Training and Development: Support the planning and execution of training programs. Maintain training records and track employee development progressCompliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in updating HR policies and procedures as needed. Reporting: Prepare HR reports and analytics as required- Contribute to HR initiatives and projects. SECTION III: KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR roles. Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Discretion in handling confidential informationPreferred Qualifications: HR certification (e. g. , SHRM-CP, PHR)- Experience with HR analytics and reporting.
