If youâre passionate about international trade, customer service, and making a real impactâthis could be your next move.Your MissionAs an O2C Export Coordinator, youâll play a key role in our global supply chain operations, ensuring the smooth export of Consumer Healthcare products to international markets. Youâll be the link between our customers, factories, freight partners, and internal teamsâdriving excellence in service, compliance, and delivery.What Youâll Be Responsible ForCoordinate global export flows across supply chain partners including customers, factories, and freight forwardersProcess and track export orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate documentation and invoicingEnsure regulatory compliance with pharmaceutical standards, customs, and international trade lawsManage exports of APIs and excipients in line with ICH Q7 and Good Distribution PracticesOptimize transport and logistics, balancing cost, speed, and service expectationsSupport monthly revenue targets, helping prevent stockouts and ensuring product availabilityDrive continuous improvement, contributing to global projects and process automation initiativesWhat Youâll BringFluent English (French is a plus) â excellent written and verbal communication2â3 yearsâ experience in international trade, transportation, or export coordinationStrong knowledge of customs and tax rules, especially in pharmaceutical contextsHands-on SAP experience (S4 Hana preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills Customer-first mindset, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing priorities across teamsDetail-oriented and proactive, with a passion for precision and deliveryWhy Opella?At Opella, we donât just offer jobsâwe offer purpose-driven careers.
