You’ll turn data into insights, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement across our global Consumer Healthcare business. Your work will directly impact product availability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.What You’ll Be Responsible ForMonitor export flows daily, identifying blocks or interface errors that could delay operationsRun control reports and support internal audits to ensure compliance and accuracyDevelop and maintain reporting documentation, including data sources and methodologiesPerform routine and ad-hoc reporting, supporting KPI development and performance trackingSupport process automation initiatives, helping streamline reporting and data flowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Supply Chain, and Digital to resolve issues and improve systemsContribute to global projects, using data insights to drive continuous improvement and innovationWhat You’ll BringFluent English – excellent written and verbal communication skills2–3 years’ experience in Order to Cash, performance management, or reporting roles Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to data accuracyHands-on SAP experience (S4 Hana preferred) and advanced Excel proficiency Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools (a plus)Customer-first mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProactive and collaborative, with a structured, clear-thinking approach to problem-solvingWhy Join Opella?We’re not just offering a job—we’re offering a career with purpose.
