Our Guernsey office is looking for a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join a small and growing team on a permanent basis. This role holder will ensure the smooth operation of IT services across the business.
You will act as a technical escalation point for the Service Desk team, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years’ experience in a Service Desk or IT support role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
