Senior Social Media Manager

Develop and execute growth-focused social media strategies, with a focus on Instagram, YouTube and other social media channels Create engaging, entertaining, and educational content to build community and convert followers into customers Experiment with formats, trends, and channels to discover viral and scalable growth opportunities Collaborate with internal design team and use Figma templates to develop content assets Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes and localize content across global markets Analyse performance metrics, extract insights, and continuously optimize campaigns We expect:

Proven track record of growing social media accounts, especially TikTok, Instagram or YouTube Strong understanding of viral content, community building, and trend spotting Hands-on experience with Figma and social media planning tools (e. g. Hootsuite or Later) Familiarity with AI tools for content and localization Strong communication skills with a fun, adventurous, and rallying personality Ability to both strategize and execute — not just a planner or a doer Here's what we offer: Fair pay for bold work: We reward your expertise with competitive pay that grows as you do.
