You will be responsible for implementing processes and nationally approved campaigns, as well as documenting standards and ensuring their application and follow-up. You will be the country contact for the company’s global health strategy, as well as for the various contractors and specialized services that provide support. You will ensure compliance with the health building blocks within our zero harm program.How You’ll Make An ImpactDeveloping standards and procedures for medical careEnsuring legal compliance in health matters and the application of the global health strategyImproving the health status of our employees through campaigns, strategies, and the development of a comprehensive wellness cultureDeveloping and promoting a zero harm cultureStandardizing health processes in the region and implementing successful interventions in this areaWhat You BringEducation & Experience: Medical Surgeon, with a specialty in Occupational Health or a master’s degree in Occupational Health, with at least 8 years of experience in medical coordination for related companies or at least 3 years of managerial experience at the corporate level. English proficiency at 80%.Management Systems & Regulations: Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001, extensive knowledge and expertise in Mexican regulations (NOM, STPS, SEMARNAT) and international standards. Development of regional health programs. Situational diagnosis, psychosocial and ergonomic factors.Risk & Incident Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate health risks, including root cause analysis.Cultural Adaptability & Resilience: Capacity to integrate German safety and quality standards into the Mexican context, maintaining high performance under pressure.Digital & Communication Skills: Proficiency in management and data analysis, and the ability to communicate technical requirements clearly across all organizational levels.About The TeamThe Occupational Health Manager (EHS) team plays a critical role in our operations. This position reports to the EHS Head and collaborates closely with all operational areas. As part of this multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to Siemens Energy’s “Zero Harm” vision, working alongside global EHS professionals to exchange best practices. You will integrate safety into daily operations by partnering with project, production, maintenance, quality, and development teams. The role offers access to continuous training and international certifications, participation in strategic sustainability initiatives, and involvement in the digital transformation of EHS processes through innovative technologies.
