Job Description :Managing the export shipment and service execution as per timeline and SLAClose coordination with customers, carriers, overseas counter agents and other internal stakeholder to ensure smooth job executionEnsure accurate and timely data entry on shipments details in the systemEnsure accurate and timely documentation submission and issuance related to the shipmentsMaintain a well organized shipments files and recordsCoordinate with finance/billing/procurement/supplier server related to any payment and rate related aspect of a shipmentRequirement :Fresh Graduate of relevant majors (preferable International Trade) or Minimum 1 Years experience in Freight Forwarding company preferable multicultural MNC environmentAble to join immediately / fastGood Knowledge of excel and good analyzing skillsAdapt in a fast paced environmentStrong communication skillsAttention to detail
