Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Charlotte Amalie East. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations, including meal preparation, quality control, and staff management. Daily tasks include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating on menu development. The Sous Chef will also be responsible for overseeing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining high standards of culinary excellence.
