Our Macraes team is on the search for an experienced Production Surveyor to provide surveying service to support Open Pit Mining Operations. Working collaboratively as a team, to play a key role in the achievement of production targets. Key tasks and responsibilities:
Prioritise, coordinate, and execute all production survey tasks requested by internal customers to meet the requirements of the production scheduleUndertake production-based survey field tasks, including Grade control set out and as-built surveys. Waste drilling set out and blast extent surveys. Pit berm and ramp set out and perform periodic checks during construction to ensure compliance with designUndertake period as-built surveys and deformation monitoring surveys. Maintain survey datasets in a systematic and logical manner.
Utilise survey and 3D modelling computer software to process and disseminate survey data as required in the appropriate format (hardcopy and digital)QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Surveying essential Full, clean, current Class 1 drivers’ licence, ability to drive manual vehicles is essential3 years+ surveying experience preferredAdditional InformationWHAT'S ON OFFER: Residential role, live and work in the stunning region of Otago, NZ.
