This is a camp based position working on a 14 days on / 7 days off rotation, travel will be compensated for to and from the projectAs a key member of our construction team, you will perform a variety of labour and equipment operation duties to support the safe and efficient completion of project tasks. This includes operating Zoom Boom and Skid Steer equipment, assisting trades, and performing general site maintenance while ensuring work meets safety and quality standards.

We have blue collar roots, so our casual environment and commitment to our hard-working men and women in the trades is key to our successDuties/ResponsibilitiesOperate Zoom Boom and Skid Steer equipment safely and efficientlyLoad, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the siteAssist tradespeople with construction activitiesPerform site cleanup, waste removal, and general housekeepingSet up and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding, barricades, and work platformsUse hand tools and power tools for basic construction and maintenance tasksEnsure materials are stored, organized, and protected from damageConduct basic equipment checks, fluid top-ups, and maintenance on tools and machineryFollow all site safety procedures and immediately report hazards or unsafe conditionsWork both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlinesEducation/Skills/QualificationsPrevious experience operating Zoom Boom and Skid Steer Prior industrial construction experience (mining, oil & gas, heavy industrial) preferredAbility to work in a physically demanding environment, including climbing, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditionsMust have valid safety tickets (CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid, etc.
